Returns, Exchanges and Damages

If you have ordered an item incorrectly you are welcome to return it to us, as long as you notify us that you wish to do so within 7 days of receipt of goods. We cannot accept return requests made outside of this period.

If you wish to return something to us please notify us in writing using the contact forms on our site, and will reply with a returns address and information regarding the paperwork that needs to be included within the parcels.

If you are returning an item it must be unused and in its original packaging.

Once we receive the returned item, a refund will be issue for the value of the goods.

If you wish to exchange an item you must follow the returns procedure listed above, and re-order the correct items online.

If an item on your order arrives damaged, you must inform us within 3 working days of receipt of goods. We will issue a replacement or a refund for any item that arrives damaged, as long as we are notified within this time period. Unfortunately we cannot issue replacements or refunds for damages outside of the 3 working day period.

If you do receive damaged items we may need to collect these from you, so that we can make a claim with our courier.
