New DropShip Service
Plans for our new drop ship service are now underway and we expect our bespoke platform to be completed by the Middle of December for a launch time in January 2022. We will contact customers at that time and aiding them in transitioning to the new plaform which we hope to be an enhanced experience for all out drop shippers
Current DropShip Service
Until our new drop ship service is launched we are still supporting new and current dropshippers on our website ableit with limited functionality to support his method. Dropshipping allows you to take an order through your website, ebay store or shop and have it delivered directly to your customer, meaning that you never have to touch the stock or hold stock values
How Do I register for drop shipping?
Simply apply for a new account by clicking the new account button in the header and filling out your details. Please note you must choose dropshipping as your account type
How do I pkace a drop shipping order?
Simply add the products that you want delivered to your customer to your shopping cart as if you are placing a normal order. When you get to the delivery stage of the checkout, enter your customers delivery address. Make sure that you select the option to not send paperwork with your order.
The pay for it with your card and when we dispatch the order to your customer we will not include any paperwork, and the order will appear as if you have dispatched it.
Do you charge for your drop shipping?
We do not charge for our dropshipping service and it is simple to use.
Will I get notified of despatch?
Yes if you enter your email and mobile number you will get notified of any despatch notifications and courier tracking. You can also log into your account to get these tracking numbers as well

What do I need to do after placing an order?
After you place an order we will handle all the packing and despatch. We'll notify you of any issues if there are any and communicte to you your options. It is your responsibility to communicate these onto your customer, we will not communicate with your customer. You must adhere to the Distance Selling Regulations as set out by the Office of Fair Trading and you must make your customer aware of their rights to cancel. We will not be responsible for any returns as our contract of sale exists between us and yourself, not between us and your customer.
Can I return items?
Unfortunately drop shippers cannot return items, your customers may return them to you but we don't accept returns from your customers. If they are return without our approval we will charge a re-stocking fee

Please note that if you decide to use our drop-shipping service, then we will only act as a fullfilment merchant on your behalf. Any communication about the order the order with your customer should be provided by yourself and will not contact your customer unless we need to verify address information.
